The new team of the
Restaurant CHEZ CHABERT
welcomes you every day so that you discover and taste the famous specialties from Lyon : andouillette, pike quenelle, salad "lyonnaise", sabodet, saveloy and lentils, sausage cooked in brioche with wine sauce, the famous "Cervelle du Canut", but you will be able to taste many other traditional dishes.

The "bouchon lyonnais" CHEZ CHABERT is situated in the popular Saint Jean area in the old part of Lyon and is opened from 19:30 to 3:00 in the morning
(service from 19:30 to 2:00 in the morning)
and at noon for the groups
(only on booking)
